Sulzer launches IEC motor appropriate CPE process pump

A few years in the past, Sulzer launched its CPE ANSI (American National Standards Institute) centrifugal pump vary. Now, the company is offering an IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) motor appropriate pump vary.
Sulzer’s CPE process pump.
The CPE process pump is designed for a big selection of industrial applications, corresponding to clear or barely contaminated liquids, viscous liquids, and fibrous slurries. It meets the requirements of ASME B73.1 (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) applied to chemical processes. A heating jacket option is out there for purposes that require a selected temperature to allow smooth pumping operation.
Sulzer prolonged the pump vary with IEC compatibility that features IEC motors, base plates, and couplings. The CPE pumps are manufactured within the US, Finland, and China. The CPE pump with an IEC motor is another for a process pump with larger strain or temperature than an ISO5199 pump can reach.
The manufacturer claims that this pump offers the best efficiency within the ANSI pump market, providing financial savings within the complete cost of ownership (TCO) and a lowered environmental footprint.
“We are happy that we can also provide the CPE pump in nations the place IEC motors are required. เกจวัดแรงลม is the most effective fit for a variety of industrial purposes and a welcome addition to our process pump portfolio,” says Jouni Lehtinen, head of gross sales at Sulzer.
