KSB Group has won a contract to deliver 14 giant submersible motor pumps for flood control in Paraguay.

The KSB pumps will equip a number of pumping stations belonging to the “Costanera de Pilar y control de inundaciones” venture. เกจวัดแรงดันไอน้ำ might be used to forestall future flooding through the high-water season alongside the tributaries of the Río Paraguay.
The metropolis of Pilar is situated 230 km south-west of Paraguay’s capital Asunción, on the Argentinian border.
Each of the Amacan submersible motor pumps weighs six tonnes and is pushed by a 370 kW, 380 volt motor. The maximum circulate fee of each axial circulate pump set is about 18 000 cubic metres per hour.
The pump sets are expected to be delivered by the top of this year.
