Trillium Flow Technologies is shopping for Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing company that serves the ability, desalination, water transmission and oil and gasoline markets.
The two companies have signed a joint agreement that can convey the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann manufacturers together beneath the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will concentrate on creating the ecological and gas compression sectors, the place its subsidiaries TME and TMIC function.
