A. Rigid Shaft Support Traditionally, plastic chemical pumps either have a single sided shaft assist or solely use plastic for a double-ended shaft assist. The problem with that is that underneath excessive temperature or strain, the shaft help weakens resulting in shaft deflection and due to this fact vibrations leading elevated put on and decreased service life. G. Reinforced Containment Shell The plastic containment shell is bolstered with a carbon fibre composite cover. There is not any eddy present loss, so no additional heating of the pumped chemical.
H. High Strength Magnetic Coupling Inner magnets are constructed from Samarium Cobalt (SmCo) to have the ability to withstand excessive working temperatures without experiencing demagnetization. High power neodymium (NdFeB) is then used for the drive magnet to provide excessive torque transmission.
