US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service provider of all kinds of rotating gear, with in-house and field service capabilities. The firm has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a team of 28 staff.
The acquired business will operate under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, stated: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory protection, prime product traces and including additional service capabilities to this area. We are very wanting to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has nearly sixty five areas throughout the United States, and greater than 40 service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 employees.
