The N.Mac Twin Shaft Grinder features modular assemblies and interchangeable elements that facilitate universal parts servicing.
The N.Mac is designed to fragment a wide range of supplies, and is appropriate for wastewater therapy, biogas and biomass vegetation, meals, animal processing, and different waste and industrial applications. Available in each open channel and inline (flanged) housing construction. The N.Mac could be installed into influent channels, pump stations, upstream from a pump or whatever your processing wants need. It may be vertically or horizontally for hopper applications.
Twin shaft grinder features cartridge chopping knives for quick and easiest alternative and servicing and presents quenched lubricated mechanical seals as normal for dry running functionality. The mechanical seal cartridge design, a leak free combination of mechanical seal and bearing cartridges, also enables for fast and easy replacement and servicing.
For greater circulate functions, grinders can operate in parallel, enabling partial servicing while in operation. The N.Mac could be mounted upstream earlier than the pump (inline model) or on high of a hopper pump with an auger (channel model). Grinders can also be stacked for successive particle dimension reduction. An optionally available control panel is provided with an auto-reverse and alarm feature to retract jammed media on the same time defending the motor.
