For the umpteenth time in Thailand, monks have been busted for having somewhat too much enjoyable.
Cringeworthy had been discovered at an abandoned Phuket resort on Tuesday, with each testing constructive for unlawful medicine. A village headman and a head monk found the monks at the deserted resort within the Thalang district.
The monks had been initially from a temple in Thailand’s central Nakhon Sawan province. The temple’s head monk was contacted about the incident. He refused to take back the two naughty monks.
The Phuket Express reported that the two monks examined constructive for unlawful medicine, though it was not specified which medicine they examined constructive for.
The monks have been defrocked, they usually await further authorized proceedings.
This is actually not the first scandal involving monks in Thailand.
Reports of monks taking medicine, carrying methamphetamine, ingesting, drunk driving, cash laundering, stealing, sniffing women’s undergarments, committing homicide and rendezvousing with women are widespread headlines within the kingdom.
Last month, a Thai monk was in the spotlight after a video of him performing oral sex on a German man circulated on the Internet. The Buddhist monk admitted it was him in the clip but claims it was filmed two years in the past when he temporarily left the monkhood. He additionally claimed the German man drugged him with a Viagra-like substance combined into his coffee which is why he “couldn’t resist.”
