Tencarva Machinery Company has acquired Fischer Process Industries, a US distributor of pumps, valves and course of gear servicing Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia and Georgia.

Fischer Process’s current administration group, including president Ken Fischer, will stay with the company.
