US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum methods and compressors.

ePumps can also be a full-service provider of all forms of rotating equipment, with in-house and area service capabilities. The firm has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a staff of 28 workers.
The acquired enterprise will function beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory protection, high product traces and including further service capabilities to this area. We are very wanting to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has practically 65 places throughout the United States, and more than 40 service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 staff.
