A Thai courtroom issued a warrant for the arrest of an ex-policeman, now identified as one of the alleged perpetrators in a violent automobile theft. The victim of the assault is a local 25 yr old soy milk vendor who was tasered and kidnapped but ultimately managed to flee his assailants.
