Another vacationer has tragically drowned in Thailand. The 55 yr outdated Russian man drowned off an island in Krabi, The Phuket Express reported on Monday.
The man had arrived in Krabi from Phuket with a tour information over the weekend and joined a snorkelling activity at Monkey Bay on Phi Phi Don island.
More was later discovered floating within the sea, suspected to be a result of drowning. An autopsy has been carried out to find out the purpose for demise, and his embassy has been notified.
The tourist’s title was not disclosed by Krabi officials.
Bona fide comes after two other foreigners drowned in Thailand’s trip hotspots in latest weeks.
