Thordon Bearings has employed Anthony Hamilton as its new technical director.
Reporting on to CEO Anna Galon, Hamilton will lead Thordon’s engineering, CAD and new product improvement groups.

Hamilton graduated from Ireland’s Munster Technological University in 1985 with a degree in marine engineering. After moving to Canada and completing a Masters in Design and Manufacturing Engineering at McMaster University, he spent 10 years at Siemens AG in Hamilton, Ontario, then worked in the nuclear trade with Atomic Energy of Canada and Kinectrics Inc. He went on to establish the engineering consultancy Sthenos Consulting.
Hamilton’s appointment is part of a company-wide restructure at Thordon Bearings that additionally sees Michael Skrzypczak named world service & support (GSS) manager.
