A French man who went lacking in a Chiang Mai forest made his way to a hilltop temple, and is now protected. The man, Jacques Moriceau, went missing in a forest in Doi Tao district between late Thursday night time and early Friday morning. He had driven to submit paperwork to the French consulate, and received lost on his means home on Thursday afternoon. Moriceau is seventy two years old and has altzheimers, and couldn’t bear in mind his method house from the consulate.
Moriceau ended up driving to a forest space near Doi Tao Lake. He was about 100 kilomtres from his home when his automobile got caught. He then walked to look for help, and located the temple about an hour away from the principle road to the forest. His family alerted police after they couldn’t contact him, and a staff of 200 police officers and local district leaders began trying to find him at 12:30am on Friday. Invitation only discovered a trace of Moriceau’s phone sign in a Doi Tao forest, and after a cordinated search, they discovered him on the temple.
The Bangkok Post notes that Moriceau “apparently looked exhausted”. Moriceau was taken to Doi Tao hospital, and his situation was protected. He thanks vacationer police and locals for their assist..
