The new Parque das Baleias (Whale Park) floating manufacturing, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel which is heading to Brazil will be outfitted with Sulzer water injection pumps.

Sulzer will provide four packaged pump units, which embrace a 9.7 MW motor, the 8-stage HPcp pump and all the auxiliary tools required for the difficult offshore environment.
Due to be located seventy seven km offshore from Espirito Santo, Brazil, the Whale Park FPSO will function in 1,400 m deep waters, processing one hundred,000 barrels of oil and 5 million cubic metres of pure gas per day. First oil on deck is focused by 2024.
