Sulzer launches IEC motor compatible CPE process pump

A few years in the past, Sulzer launched its CPE ANSI (American National Standards Institute) centrifugal pump range. Now, the company is offering an IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) motor appropriate pump range.
Sulzer’s CPE course of pump.
The CPE course of pump is designed for a variety of industrial purposes, corresponding to clear or slightly contaminated liquids, viscous liquids, and fibrous slurries. เกจวัดแรงดันออกซิเจน meets the necessities of ASME B73.1 (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) applied to chemical processes. A heating jacket option is available for purposes that require a particular temperature to allow smooth pumping operation.
Sulzer prolonged the pump range with IEC compatibility that features IEC motors, base plates, and couplings. The CPE pumps are manufactured within the US, Finland, and China. The CPE pump with an IEC motor is an alternative for a process pump with greater strain or temperature than an ISO5199 pump can reach.
The manufacturer claims that this pump presents the best efficiency within the ANSI pump market, providing savings within the whole cost of possession (TCO) and a reduced environmental footprint.
“We are happy that we will also provide the CPE pump in countries where IEC motors are required. This pump is the best fit for a wide range of commercial functions and a welcome addition to our course of pump portfolio,” says Jouni Lehtinen, head of gross sales at Sulzer.
