US industrial distributor and service provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps is also a full-service supplier of all types of rotating gear, with in-house and subject service capabilities. The firm has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a group of 28 employees.
The acquired enterprise will operate under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, said: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory coverage, high product lines and including additional service capabilities to this space. We are very eager to deliver them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has almost 65 places throughout the United States, and greater than 40 service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 employees.
