Atlas Copco has agreed to amass National Vacuum Equipment Inc, a US manufacturer of business vacuum pumps and packages for cell use on tanker vehicles.
Headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, National Vacuum Equipment employs round a hundred individuals.
“The acquisition will add to our vacuum solutions portfolio, permitting us to enter the currently untapped cellular vacuum market,’’ said Geert Follens, Atlas Copco‘s Business Area President Vacuum Technique.
